Setting up text to speech.

- Go to Settings
> Accessibility > Spoken Content.
- Adjust the following:
- Speak Selection.
- Highlight Content.
- Done
- Highlight text by long pressing and then selecting the text you would like spoken. When you're done highlighting the you text you would like spoken a menu will appear (shown below) select the word speak.
